What is your refund policy?
Refund for a single lesson, camp day, or class:
If you have purchased a single lesson, camp day, or class and have changed your mind, let us know and we will be happy to refund your money, less the credit card processing fee of 3%(we are not able to recoup this fee) plus a $10 processing fee. The refund request must be at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, camp day, or class or is otherwise invalid and a refund will not be provided.
For example, if you purchase a single camp day you can’t make it, let us know you want a refund at least 24 hours in advance, and your refund will look like this:
$165 single camp day
-3%($4.95) credit card processing fee
-$10 processing fee

Refund for lesson packages:
Lesson packages expire one year from the purchase date.
We do not provide refunds on lesson packages. If you are unable to use the remaining lessons on a package before the expiration date, we do allow you to transfer them to another person. If this is the case, please email our customer support staff at getmade@madebaseball.com and let us know your situation.
NOTE: Lesson packages are not transferrable to camp days or class credit
Refund for class and camp day packages:
Class and camp day packages expire one year from the purchase date.
We do not provide refunds on camp and/or class packages. If you are unable to use the remaining classes or camp days on a package during a given class or camp offering, you can hold them for credit towards the next camp we provide. If this is the case, please email our customer support staff at support@madebaseball.com and let us know your situation.
NOTE: We run seasonal baseball camps and baseball classes, but we do not guarantee a specific camp or class schedule throughout the year, unless you see it programmed on the schedule.
Refund for the MADE Baseball shop?
We do not provide refunds for anything purchased from the MADE Baseball shop.
