How does coaching with MADE Baseball work?

MADE Baseball coaches have access to local parks where they can teach private baseball lessons setting their own schedule. When teaching, you will be working with the clients who book with you. 

You will provide individual lessons, two player lessons, or small group lessons. 

You may work with a variety of different ages and skill sets in one day. Sometimes players will be entirely different from one to the next.

MADE Baseball provides access to clients, billing, insurance, customer support, coach mentoring, uniforms, and more.

How is MADE Baseball different?

MADE Baseball is a managed platform of baseball coaches where people book hourly private baseball lessons with you. There’s no minimum commitment and we provide all the tech, marketing, and admin support that you need to get started.

We will help you with the following before get started giving lessons:

• Training location - We will help you pick a location that is convenient but quality
• Manage your availability - We will teach you how to manage your availability calendar and reschedule lessons when necessary. It's very easy!
• Your profile and booking page - We will create a great personalized profile and booking page for you. You will be able to share it to market yourself.
• MADE philosophy and training - We will teach you how we teach our players and all about the MADE Coaching Philosophy. You will need to pass a short MADE Certification Test before giving any lesson.

*You will be in charge of getting your own gear.

Are there any costs?

Other than purchasing your initial required gear, you never pay out of pocket. Also, if you already own some of the required gear, you are welcomed to use it for your lessons. 

Client bookings:

When a client books with you, you will receive a notification and an email. You will also receive a 24 hour reminder text and email before the scheduled lesson. 

Your only jobs are to show up on time with your coaching station prepared and to give a great lesson. You do not need to worry about collecting payment or  scheduling a new lesson when you are finished.

How do payouts work?

You receive automatic deposits to your bank account every Monday for the previous Monday-Sunday pay period.
